1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To rent a jet ski from Splash and Dash Watersports, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Reservations and Payments
- Booking: Reservations can be made through our website at splashanddashwatersports.com or by contacting us directly.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Rental Terms
- Usage: Our jet skis can accommodate up to 2 passengers or a maximum weight of 400 lbs. Riders must adhere to all safety instructions provided.
- Safety Gear: Life jackets and other necessary safety gear will be provided and must be worn at all times.
- Damage and Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the equipment. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return of the equipment in good condition.
5. Liability Waiver
All renters and passengers must sign a liability waiver before using our equipment. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks of water sports and agree to hold Splash and Dash Watersports harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Operating the jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Reckless or dangerous driving.
- Exceeding the specified passenger or weight limits.
- Using the jet ski outside of designated areas.
7. Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals for safety reasons. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and provided with alternative options.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Amendments
Splash and Dash Watersports reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Citrus County, Florida.
